WARRANTY

The international ARPIEM warranty applies for 2 years from the date of purchase of the product. It covers any material or manufacturing defect, i.e. movement, case, glass or bracelet defects. On the other hand, this does not cover damage related to wear, bad care or misuse. The warranty does not cover:

< Imperfections of the case, glass, strap resulting from normal wear and tear related to the use of the watch (discoloration, minor scratches)

< External or internal damage resulting from improper or abusive use of the watch: in particular from exposure to water contrary to the water resistance proposed for the watch, from its exposure to fire or from any shock or impact suffered by the watch

 

< Damage related to any modification made to the watch, such as adding or removing parts of the watch or accessories not supplied by ARPIEM

 

In order to exercise the warranty claim, dated proof of purchase must be provided.

The warranty offered is not transferable, it applies to the original purchaser of the watch.

The costs of sending the product back are the responsibility of the customer. Returns "postage due" by the recipient will not be accepted or supported by ARPIEM
