The international ARPIEM warranty applies for 2 years from the product's date of purchase. It covers any material or manufacturing defects, such as defects in the movement, case, crystal, or strap. However, it does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, negligence, or misuse. The warranty does not cover:

• Imperfections to the case, crystal, or strap resulting from normal wear and tear associated with use of the watch (discoloration, minor scratches)
• External or internal damage resulting from improper or abusive use of the watch, including exposure to water contrary to the watch's stated water resistance, exposure to fire, or any shock or impact sustained by the watch.
• Damage resulting from any modifications made to the watch, such as the addition or removal of watch parts or accessories not supplied by ARPIEM. To exercise the warranty right, dated proof of purchase must be provided.

The warranty offered is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser of the watch.

Return shipping costs for the product are the responsibility of the customer. Returns sent "carriage forward" will not be accepted or covered by ARPIEM.
