The TJL 2 Steel is a new version of the watch dedicated to the talented and popular driver Jacques Laffite, signed by the driver in a limited series of 600 pieces.

The dial features the green color of his helmet, and the number 6 index, which commemorates his 6 F1 victories, is highlighted. At the bottom of the dial is the number 176, which corresponds to the number of his Grand Prix starts. Note the design of Jacques' helmet recessed into the dial. Finally, the driver's signature is featured on the back of the watch.

THE CASE of the ARPIEM Tribute is made of 316L stainless steel, synonymous with durability and strength. A water resistance of 10 ATM - 100 meters is offered.

THE DIAL: the shape of the sub-dials (the "pandas") is inspired by the pressure gauges of sixties cars. The indices of the main dial represent the graduations of a tachometer.

THE MOVEMENT: the TJL 2 is equipped with the Swiss RONDA Z50 movement.

THE DOMED SAPPHIRE CRYSTAL: this is the highest quality and most solid glass available on the market. Almost scratch-proof (only by diamond), its domed finish gives the watch its "vintage" look.

THE TRIPLE-LAYER DIAL DESIGN gives the ARPIEM an elegant volume, which also recalls the "sandwich" alloy construction of racing car chassis before the advent of carbon.

THE TACHYMETER: this has been revisited. Indices are usually arranged irregularly on the bezel. On the ARPIEM, they are placed like those on diving watches, with the speed given for every 5-second marker on the dial.
